I had been training with the same trainer for about 4 years…after my bypass surgery. I really made no progress at all and always did the same routine that seemed very different than the hi intensity routines I saw other clients doing at Belmar Fitness who were making excellent progress…the first clue as to why i wasn’t doing well should have been that my trainer was 60 lbs overweight and getting heavier…if she couldn’t trainer herself, how could she train me? Fortunately she was terminated and I started training with “the man, Joel Waldman”. I gradually lost 15 lbs, my resting heart rate slowed, decreased BP and less meds. and after my last stress test and physical, my MD said…kiss your trainer even if he’s a guy…he has transformed you…Thanks Joel and Belmar Fitness
