As productive and safe as our high intensity/low force exercise
program is, it is
even better when administered by one of our certified personal trainers.
There
are many advanced techniques that just can’t be done on your own that will
further increase your rate of progress...techniques such as negative only
training,
negative accentuated and negative
emphasized training, hyper training, and “M”
training. You won’t find these techniques practiced anywhere else in New
Jersey.

Beginners are often tempted to revert and regress into less intense, less
safe, and far easier and more pleasant styles of training. The three
personal training sessions
that you receive with your
initial membership are usually sufficient to get a well coordinated and
highly motivated individual into the entry level of our program.
Lacking
either the above mentioned coordination or motivation, results will be
somewhat less than hoped for. We would like everyone who starts our program
to have at least 10 to 20
personal training sessions in order to assure perfect form and
technique....but the cost of this for many is prohibitive....so we settled
on 3 sessions as a minimum for everybody....and we almost give these initial
sessions
for free with first
memberships. But the facts remain....you will get measurably better results
and stick with the program far longer if you take personal training!!!

Personal training clients at BIE average 1 hour per week of exercise. They
rarely do supplemental cardio exercise...due to the intense nature of their
sessions, they derive strength, cardio, and flexibility benefits from their
1/2 hour sessions.....benefits that can not be duplicated in any other
way....benefits that cannot be produced by performing more exercise.....in
fact, much if any more exercise than our personal training clients perform
will always reduce their production of good results...ALWAYS!!!
Personal Training produces even better results and saves even more
time!

Time is money! Serious exercisers believe that 6 to 20 hours per week of
exercise
is
required for deriving maximum health benefits from exercise. How very wrong
can they be! Hard scientific research clearly demonstrates that when high
intensity/low force exercise is performed properly, maximum possible health
benefits are realized from 1 hour or less per week. Personal training makes
brief, intense, and infrequent workouts not only possible, but a distinct
requirement for best results. Many of our personal training clients are
professionals....Physicians, Engineers, Computer Scientists, Wall Streamers,
Educators, and Therapists. AS
personal training clients of BIE, these hard working people derive maximum
health benefits from our program while spending
about 50 hours per year exercising, while conventional exercisers are
still wasting their precious time exercising 300-1000 hours per year on
unproductive, unsafe, and often worse than worthless exercise programs that
their gyms and trainers recommend.....and they often get injured in the
process...injuries caused by both overuse and high impact/high force.

The MedX Lumbar Spine Machine.....BIE has one of 2 or 3 MedX back machines
in NJ. This $60,000.00 machine is almost a miracle for people suffering from
low back pain. It reduces significantly or totally eliminates low back pain
in 81.4% of all
people
who follow the prescribed protocol. It
is, in a word, incredible!
Personal
training clients at BIE have access to this machine as part of their
personal
training
fee. We require an additional $25 payment for general members to use the
lumbar machine for what is called a dynamic exercise session and $60 for the
Static Test. So you can see that in particular, if you have back problems,
you almost can’t afford not to be a personal training client.
The
five above reasons should prove quite compelling when
considering whether or not to go with a BIE personal
trainer.
But remember this, our general membership is provided
with
exercise equipment and programs that produce results
not possible anywhere else in NJ---at a price competitive with
most any other facility. But if your budget does allow for once
or twice weekly personal training sessions, you will
most likely
achieve even better results and achieve them more
quickly!
