Joy Joyous Jones, a survivor of lymphoma, has joined us at
Belmar Health and Fitness and wants to share her experiences and
attitude with anyone going through what she went through just a few short months ago. Joy recovered from near death due in large part to
her strong faith in God, her strong will, her superb conditioning prior to being diagnosed, and her unfailing will to ever give up. She knows what you are probably feeling right now.
We know that proper exercise will help with depression, help with your already weakened immune system, and just plain give you a reason to get out of bed in the morning. Doctor's often recommend exercise to their cancer patients.....but most of these patients feel intimidated when walking into a typical health club. Belmar Health and Fitness is very, very different. It is a gym in a non-gym environment. No music, no mirrors, no rude inconsiderate behavior... in a peaceful, serene location at the Belmar Beach. It is never crowded and the average member/client is over 40 years old. No one will ever feel intimidated here. Add Joy to this formula...with her knowledge of the ups and downs, the lows and even lower points, and what steps must be taken to avoid ever giving up.....and you have a program that may be just what the doctor never thought to order.
If you think that you might be interested in this Joyous Program,
Please, Please don't hesitate even for a moment. Pick up the phone and give us a call. We'd really like to be of service.
