An Important Message For
Bodybuilders and Strength Athletes

Please Read Carefully!!!!!!

If you are one of the many athletes who have been misled into believing that free weights are somehow superior to exercise machines for building size and strength, I think that we can offer you some life changing information. All that is required on your part is an open mind, and a certain modicum of intelligence.  All of the equipment that you see before you is perfect or almost perfect for high intensity weight training. With barbells and dumbbells it is difficult if not impossible to train in a high intensity fashion and it is certainly dangerous to even try.

Barbells and dumbbells do not provide variable resistance, must be balanced carefully, and can easily drop upon the user causing serious injury. The possibility of injury increases as the trainee gets toward the end of the set....causing most trainees to cease their efforts before the set has reached failure...thereby causing the trainee to miss the most productive reps....by far the most productive reps of the set. Properly designed high intensity exercise machines allow a trainee to train to well beyond positive failure...even to negative failure....with no risk of injury. And the variable resistance potential of this equipment (heavy resistance in positions of good leverage and lighter resistance in positions of poor leverage) make it possible to work all of a particular muscle. As good an exercise as a bench press is, it is about 30% efficient when compared to our MedX Chest Press...that is our MedX chest Press is 3.33 times better at building your pectoral muscles than the standard bench press.

Our Lat Pulldown Machines blow away standard pulldowns and can easily be loaded to over 1000 pounds if you happen to be as strong as an adult gorilla. In fact all of our Lamb Series 1000 Bodybuilding machines can accommodate over 1000 pounds and provide near perfect variable resistance, friction free action...and they allow perhaps the best style of training ever developed...negative accentuated exercise...lifting a weight positively with two limbs and lowering it negatively with only one limb...effectively doubling the negative resistance without the need of a training assistant or assistants.

We currently have the following Lamb 1000 series machines....Squat, Leg Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curl , 3 Pulldowns, Row, 45 Degree Row, Trap Pull.  By June, if deliveries are on schedule, we hope to have the Lamb 1000 series Chest Press, Biceps Curl, Seated Calf, New 1000 Squat, New Leg Press, Glute Press, Pullover, Pullunder.

The Lamb 1000 Machines,  our Nautilus Omni Multi Exercise machines for weighted chins and dips (up to 350 extra pounds for chins and dips), our MedX Medical Exercise machines for beginners, rehab, and women make this the ultimate exercise facility for anyone interested in maximum results from training. There is no way that anyone can train as intensely with barbells and dumbbells as they can with our awesome equipment. Let me repeat this last statement.....There is no way that anyone can train as intensely with barbells and dumbbells as they can with this awesome equipment. And since intensity is what produces results from strength training, you owe it to yourself to be open-minded and at least give one of our workouts a try.

But let me warn you....Heavy, high intensity exercise has a tendency to kick it’s practitioners right in the butt when they first try it.  Don’t make the common mistake of trying to perform the routines you use with inefficient barbells and dumbbells on our high intensity machines in a high intensity fashion. People get sick and often vomit from performing just one set of 5 or 6 high intensity exercises when they first start . Just imagine what might happen to you if you tried to perform a 60 set workout in this fashion....you’d end up looking like the T1000 after Arnold took care of him in Terminator 2.

Dorian Yates, the former 6 time Mr. Olympia trains in a fashion almost identical to what I have described above. He was unquestionably the biggest strongest Mr. Olympia of all time. And he trains for perhaps 30 minutes 3 to four times per week.....and Mike Mentzer has openly stated that if Dorian would cut his training in half...to 15 minutes twice per week, he would grow even bigger and stronger than he already is.  His challengers all train 10 to 15 times more than he does....3 to 4 hours per day and 6 days per week.  I think we know which program makes more sense.

We hope you have a great workout here today. If you want or need any help, just ask one of our excellent, certified high intensity trainers for assistance....but again let me warn you.....this is not for sissies.  If you don’t want to or are incapable of working hard, just tell us and we will mind our own business. But if you ask us for help....well remember, I warned you!!!!
